SERVICES
Face-to-face meeting at my office in the Fish Creek Executive Centre: 300 (3rd floor), 340 Midpark Way SE, Calgary, AB.
Video conference meeting using Zoom, which is HIPAA compliant. A video link will be sent by email the morning of the scheduled session.
Audio meeting via telephone. Email confirmation with an appropriate number to call will be sent the morning of the scheduled session.
MBTI, Enneagram, Prepare-Enrich, BDI, DASS, Maslach Burnout Inventory, Stress Inventories, etc.
Telephone calls or research conducted on behalf of a client, at their request.
Client requested reports to secure medical benefits, insurance coverage, or reports request by insurance providers or legal representation (e.g. court proceedings).
Duplicates of confidential notes or reports
POLICIES
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, and do not rebook a session within 5 business days, 100% of the fee will be charged.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, but rebook within 5 business days, only 50% of the fee will be charged for the missed session.
If you do not show for the scheduled session, 100% of the fee will be charged
ONLY VIRTUAL SESSIONS on statutory holidays (including New Year Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Heritage Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Monday, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day).
